Tracey has joined BLG after more than 20 years with NatWest/RBS Group, where one of her roles included being a relationship director.
The appointment comes after BLG reported a surge in demand for development finance in the South West of England.
Tracey will join Dave Edwards as a second regional director for the South West, where they will support developers and improve broker relationships.

“Tracey brings with her over two decades of experience with NatWest/RBS Group,” said Peter Wade, chairman at BLG.
“We are truly delighted to welcome her to the team; with her ‘go-getting’ attitude and passion for good customer service, I have no doubt Tracey will further strengthen our team’s capabilities.”
BLG hopes to increase the number of developers it funds in the South West.
